Description
Five portraits, treated as one connected visual set.
Each image receives individual attention while the series is reviewed for consistency as a whole.
The aim is not to make five people look the same. It is to give varied portraits enough shared rhythm that they belong together when viewed side by side.
Across the set
Colour, exposure, crop and background treatment are compared from frame to frame. The group is balanced so one portrait does not feel noticeably warmer, darker or more tightly framed without a reason.
Within each portrait
Skin, hair and small distractions are refined with restraint. Individual features and expressions remain present, avoiding the flattened finish that can make a coordinated series feel mechanical.
Building the common reference
Share the five source images together with their intended placement. An approved portrait, layout or crop reference can help define the visual standard for the complete series.
The studio uses that common reference to read each image in context while still making decisions appropriate to the individual portrait.
